LCDC believes that quality public art adds great value to the community. On an annual basis, LCDC transfers a certain percentage of its revenues to the City of Coeur d'Alene Arts Commission for their use in acquiring and placing public art in the LCDC redevelopment districts. The "feathers" public art project on Northwest Boulevard featured here was partially funded by LCDC contributions to the Arts Commission
