The architectural firm of Miller-Stauffer, with LCDC partnership funding, constructed a 15 story condominium / class A office mix-use building next to McEuen Field in downtown Coeur d'Alene. In November, 2002, LCDC entered into an owner participation agreement with the Miller-Stauffer development team to aid with the establishment of project-related public improvements including: streetscaping, public-oriented water feature, asphalt overlays pertaining to Front Avenue and 7th Street, and utility rebuild and enhancement. www.millerstauffer.com
