The Schreiber development team, with LCDC partnership funding, is constructing a 24 unit town home project on the corner of Mullan and 11th, providing a higher density home ownership option near downtown.  In January, 2006, LCDC agreed to aid with the establishment of project-related public improvements including: site remediation, sewer & water main line extensions, architectural upgrades, and streetscaping.
